Privacy Policy

This notice describes how wservices GmbH (“we”) processes personal data when you use AI Swarm Hive. The product is designed for processing aligned with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP, with operations in the EU and Switzerland. For the personal data contained in your workspace content we act as processor under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA); this policy covers the data for which we are the controller.

Controller

Our roles (controller and processor)

We are the controller for the account, billing and usage data described below. For the content you and your agents process inside your workspace (chats, files, company information, agent inputs and outputs), you are the controller and we act as your processor under the DPA — you decide what is submitted and why.

What we process

• Account data (email, name, authentication)
• Company and workspace configuration you submit
• Billing data (processed by our payment provider, currently Stripe; we store customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers)
• Usage metering for LLM completions (tokens, model, cost)
• Technical logs required to operate and secure the service

Purposes & legal bases

We process data to provide the Service (contract), to bill usage and subscriptions (contract), to secure and operate the infrastructure (legitimate interests), and where required by law (legal obligation). Marketing, and any use of your content to improve the Service, happen only with your consent (opt-in), which you can withdraw at any time.

Location & transfers

The application and your stored data are hosted in the EU and Switzerland. Some sub-processors process data outside that region under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss addendum). In addition, the model providers your agents use are reached through our LLM gateway and depend on the models you select; some operate outside the EU/CH and may not offer GDPR-level protection, and by choosing those models you authorise that processing. AI training

We do not use your content to train AI models, and model providers are used in no-train API mode. We only use your content to improve the Service if you have explicitly opted in, and you can withdraw that opt-in at any time.

Retention

We retain account and billing records while your contract is active and for statutory periods thereafter (e.g. invoices). On termination we delete your workspace content within 30 days (sooner on request), subject to legal holds and short-lived backups.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability, and object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC; in the EU, your local authority).

Age

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children below that age for the Service.
